About the Auction
1. The Auction and Raffles are our main sources of income to fund our annual reunions and other association expenses.
2. Our goal s to ensure the reunion coordinators have about$3,500 to cover deposits and other early expenses.
3. We ask that you donate "good stuff" to the fundraisers.
4. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase in the Hospitality Room
5. We hope this year's fund raisers will be in a silent raffle format. Each item will have a "bag" by it for you to drop your tickets .
6. Special drawings for hgh value items will be held separately.
7. We ask that you keep your donated items in your hotel room until 5:00PM. Then deliver them to the Banquet Room
